Waitlist privacy

Wingmen operates the Karu waitlist. This notice covers early-access registrations. A separate notice will cover the accounting service before customer records are collected.

What we collect and why

We save your email address, registration date and consent to early-access updates. We use this information to contact you about Karu and pilot availability. Joining does not create an accounting account or paid subscription.

The form also uses short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit abuse. Waitlist entries are not sent to AI providers. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

Storage and access

Waitlist records are stored on Wingmen’s server in Germany, with backups in AWS Europe. Access is limited to authorised staff and infrastructure providers needed to run the service. We do not sell the list.

Keeping and deleting your information

Active waitlist entries expire after 12 months. You can withdraw your consent and request deletion earlier. Deleted records can remain in backups until those backups expire, for up to 24 months. Backups are used for recovery; deletions must be reapplied after a restore.
